I have been missing from the blogging scene for about a year now. Blame it on Facebook, yeah that's an easy target. Can't deny that FB has since been transformed from a mere social networking online application (like how Friendster used to be) into more like a neccessity (I dare say) to a certain group of people. I check FB as frequent as I check my emails, imagine that.
Apologies if I haven't announced it here, I am now a proud father to my baby boy Ryan, born on the 16th March 2010. We are truly blessed to have him and we sincerely thank God for his safe arrival. Now this addition to the family, together with FB and most of all, my pure laziness, has attributed to my lack of blogging for the past 1 year. LOL.
Back to the blog title, I am setting myself half a year to get rid of the beer tummy and hopefully you will see a healthier, fitter me by mid of 2011. My ultimate goal is to rebuild my stamina and I hope to have the beautiful six pack to show after half a year! (Do I actually sound over-confident??)
It was my buddy KC who has actually motivated me. I have always wanted to keep fit, but you know it's always easier said than done. After reading his blogs on his various cardio exercises, health gadgets etc, the fire in me started to burn again and I know this is something all of us can achieve. ~TOGETHER WE CAN ACHIEVE!~
